Afri Cola is one of those rare caffeinated sodas that has been in production for over 80 years. Who can mistake this completely unique glass bottle. It has at times been seen as a competitor to Jolt Cola but sports a higher caffeine content along with a great cola flavor.
While Afri Cola started in Cologne, Germany in 1931 it wasn't until 1959 when the "sexy waist" bottle was designed. In 1960 Afri Cola came into its own with Charles Wilp's famous slogan "Sexy-mini-super-flower-power-pop-op-cola - everything is in afri cola."
