When does my order ship?
Since 1997, Beverages Direct strives to get your order to you as quickly as possible in order to provide our valued customers with fast order turnaround time and timely tracking information.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from time of order (does not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend will ship by Tuesday.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). All orders are shipped via Ground. Due to significantly higher costs we only offer Ground service. At this time Ground carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO's or FPO's.
In the rare instance an order was received for an out of stock item and we do not believe we can get it to you within our standard delivery timeframe we will notify you.

Please note: BeveragesDirect.com reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees it may occur for an order should a customer require any additional shipping services not included in the original shipping charge at time of order. Additional shipping services not provided in the original shipping charge includes address corrections (while package is in transit) or redirecting of packages which result in additional charges by our carriers.
How is my order packaged and shipped?
We use our proprietary packaging materials (see pictures below) to make sure your beverages are safe and sound. We also may combine packages that contain similar items (i.e. 2 -12pks of similar size may be combined into one 24 pack box).
How can I check on my order status?
After your order is processed we send you an email informing you that your tracking number(s) have been placed in your account. You can view them by logging into Your Account and clicking View Order. Tracking info is placed in your Shipment Information box.
Sometimes there is a lag with tracking information. If so - don't fret. Give it another day for the carrier to properly update their system with the correct package status.
Can I return an online purchase?
Unfortunately, due to potential product tampering we do not allow any product returns. As a customer of ours it is also good to know that you will never be receiving a returned product either. Should an order be refused at time of delivery you will be credited back for the order, less shipping, after we receive the package(s).
