1. Can I place an international order through Beveragesdirect.com?
Currently we do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. Sorry, but we do not ship to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, Canada or internationally at this time.
2. What form of payment does Beverages Direct accept?
BeveragesDirect.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars.
3. How is sales tax calculated?
Beverages Direct, Inc. collects applicable state and local tax for orders in IL.
4. How can I place an order by phone?
Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm Central Standard Time. Phone Orders Only 1.800.998.2387 x 1.
5. Is wholesale pricing available?
We do not offer wholesale pricing, but you can save with our Volume Discounts
6. Where can I purchase locally?
BeveragesDirect.com is soley an online retailer and we do not produce any products listed on our site. Unfortunately we also cannot direct you to any local retailers in your area for any specific brands that we sell. If you have a question or comments for specific manufacturer please contact them directly for best response to your issue.
7. How do I Add Coupon Codes and Gift Messages?
During the checkout process you will see areas marked Discount Code in the Order Summary section. Should Beverages Direct be offering a coupon at that time the coupon must be entered and verified only during checkout. Once you have entered the code in the box you will need to hit APPLY to validate any code.
If you are sending drinks as a gift you can use the NOTES box on the Shopping Cart page to place a message to the recipient. Gift recipients will see your message on the packing slip. Packing slips do not contain any pricing info.
8. What is my Status?
When you sign in to My Account you can view your current order progress, past order history, as well as manage your Autoship Subscription.
Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.
9. Do sale prices carry forward to monthly subscriptions?
You may enjoy the sale price at time of signing up for a monthly subscription, however, each month you will be charged the current price of that product.
1. When does my order ship?
Since 1998, Beverages Direct strives to get your order to you as quickly as possible in order to provide our valued customers with fast order turnaround time and timely tracking information.
Our standard delivery time is approximately 7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) from time of order. Orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend will ship by Tuesday.
2. When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Ground. Due to significantly higher costs we only offer Ground service. At this time Ground does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO's or FPO's.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible with our standard delivery time of approximately 7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). In the rare instance an order was received for an out of stock item and we do not believe we can get it to you within our standard delivery time-frame we will notify you.
Please allow the correct time to pass before contacting our customer service department.

3.What is the cost of shipping?
We currently offer flat rate shipping based upon the subtotal price of your order. Flat rate shipping is as follows:

Please note: BeveragesDirect.com reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees it may occur for an order should a customer require any additional shipping services not included in the original shipping charge at time of order. Additional shipping services not provided in the original shipping charge includes address corrections (while package is in transit) or redirecting of packages which result in additional charges by our carriers.
4. How is my order packaged and shipped?
We use our proprietary packaging materials (see pictures below) to make sure your beverages are safe and sound. We also may combine packages that contain similar items (i.e. 2 -12pks of similar size may be combined into one 24 pack box).
5. How can I check on my order status?
After your order is processed we send you an email informing you that your tracking number(s) have been placed in your account. You can view them by logging into My Account and clicking View Order. Tracking info is placed in your Shipment Information box.
Sometimes there is a lag with tracking information. If so - don't fret. Give it another day for the carrier to properly update their system with the correct package status.
6. Can I return an online purchase?
Unfortunately, due to potential product tampering, we cannot allow any product returns. As a consumer, it is also good to know that you will never be receiving a returned product either. Should an order be refused at the time of delivery you will be credited back for the order, less actual shipping charges after we receive the package(s), regardless of shipping charges at the time of order.

8. How does shipping protection work?

We make every effort to ensure that your ordering information, including your credit card number, is protected while you are on our site. Our Web site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read as it passes over the internet. You can tell you are using the Secure Socket Layer encryption when a padlock appears in the corner of your browser. SSL keeps others from seeing your personal information by scrambling it so that only your Web browser, and the server of our Web site, can decipher it. In addition, your online password adds another layer of security to your guest profile.
These measures make it very unlikely that your credit card information will be compromised online. However, in the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. You are protected by regulations that cover credit card purchases and limit your liability to a maximum of $50 in charges.
