1. Can I place an international order through
Beveragesdirect.com?
Currently we do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States, however, we
can bill an international address for delivery to a U.S. location.
2. What form of payment does Beverages Direct accept?
BeveragesDirect.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and
PayPal.
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars.
3. How is sales tax calculated?
Beverages Direct, Inc. collects applicable state and local tax for orders in
IL.
4. How can I place an order by phone or fax?
Due to increased costs, we no longer accept orders via telephone. To fax an
order please follow the fax instructions on the order page.
5. Is wholesale pricing available?
No, we do not currently offer any wholesale pricing.

Where can I purchase locally?
BeveragesDirect.com is soley an online retailer and we do not produce any
products listed on our site. Unfortunately we also cannot direct you
to any local retailers in your area for any specific brands that we sell.
If you have a question or comments for specific manufacturer please contact
them directly for best response to your issue.
Shipping & Returns
1. When does my order ship?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible in order to
provide our customers with fast order turnaround time, timely information
and top-notch service. Orders are typically processed and shipped
with 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend typically ship by
Tuesday.
2. When can I expect my order to arrive?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, our standard
delivery time is 7-10 business days (does not include weekends). In
the rare instance an order was received for an out of stock item and we do not believe we can get it to you within our standard
delivery timeframe of 7-10 business days we will notify you.
Please allow the correct time to pass before contacting our customer service
department.
3. What is the cost of shipping?
While some companies choose to make money in this area, our philosophy is to
breakeven. In fact most times our customers are charged less than our
actual shipping and handling charges. We post the weights for all of
our items so you can see how much is being shipped to you.
Unfortunately beverages are heavy and UPS does not deliver for free.
Since no one likes surprises we have provided two areas in our site so you
can find out exactly what your
shipping and handling costs will be before you begin the checkout process.
First, when you have entered a quantity amount for a specific product you
will see a grey box prompting for a zip code. Enter the "Ship To" zip
code and you will be provided the S&H costs for that product.
Secondly, when viewing your shopping
cart you can enter your "Ship To" zip code to see the complete S&H costs for all the items you
wish to consume.

4. How is my order packaged and shipped?
We use our proprietary packaging materials to minimize any shipping
damage. We also may combine packages that contain similar items
(i.e. 2 -12pks of similar size may be combined into one 24 pack box).
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Due to excessively higher costs
of using faster shipping options we only offer UPS ground service.
Faster delivery options can raise prices by as much as $30-70 per
package with an increased chance for damages.
5. How can I check on my order status?
After your order is processed we send via email your tracking number(s) that can
then be followed on the tracking page of www.ups.com.
After processing the order tracking information can also be obtained on
our Track Order page by
entering your order number. Sometimes there is a lag with UPS and
you may see a Billing Notification message. If so - don't fret.
Give it another day for the UPS to properly update their system with the
correct package status.
6. What
is the mailing address for money orders?

Please include your order number. Sorry, but we cannot accept personal
checks.
7. Can I return an online purchase?
Unfortunately, due to potential product tampering we do not allow any product
returns. As a consumer, it is also good to know that you will never be
receiving a returned product either. Should an order be refused at time
of delivery you will be credited back for the order, less shipping, after we
receive the packages.

1. Is it safe to use my credit card Beveragesdirect.com?
We make every effort to ensure that your ordering information, including your
credit card number, is protected while you are on our site. Our Web site uses
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot
be read as it passes over the internet. You can tell you are using the Secure
Socket Layer encryption when a gold or blue padlock appears in the corner of
your Netscape or Microsoft browser. SSL keeps others from seeing your personal
information by scrambling it so that only your Web browser, and the server of
our Web site, can decipher it. In addition, your online password adds another
layer of security to your guest profile.
These measures make it very unlikely that your credit card information will be
compromised online. However, in the event of an unauthorized use of your
credit card, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance
with its reporting rules and procedures. You are protected by regulations that
cover credit card purchases and limit your liability to a maximum of $50 in
charges.
