In China's Jiangxi province tea was called the "gift of heaven." With good reason. Today there is increasing evidence that the naturally occurring antioxidants in green tea have many curative properties. Our leaves are rolled into tight pearls which keep them fresh until they unfurl when infused in hot water.
p.s. In 1934 Mao started his Long March across China from Jiangxi. In 1988 Seth climbed Jiangxi's highest mountain and caught a cold. We found a picture of the flying Pigeon bicycle Seth rode in China and put it up for you to see.
