Good stuff
I opened up a bottle of Nesbitt's this evening because I hadn't had one in quite some time. It is my favorite from the time I was a kid in the sixties. Right off the bat I could tell something was off. Checking the ingredients I found the nemesis of purity in sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup. The bottle I have is made in Texas under authority of the Big Red company.
Despite everything being owned by Big Red these days, This product is made with sugar. Since it's been a couple of years since I've had one, I will now order a six pack online and, with any luck, find it's as good as I remember.

empty bottles!!!!
I was to young to remember if I ever drank a Nesbitts soda, I'm sure they were good. Recently I was cleaning out and old building, of my parents and came across 2 old Nesbitts bottles dating 1957 and 1962. I was courious about the soda ,so here I am . It is interesting to read about past history. I noticed the price is much different now !!!LOL !!! I talked with my dad about how much he thought one cost back in the day ,he said maybe around .05 cents, if his memory served him correctly, he is 87yrs young!!!! The design is a rippled neck bottle and the rest is smooth, with Nesbitts in white writing in a white block.!!! Just wanted to share it with someone out there that may be interested .

The Best Soda Ever!
Although new and more popular orange soda brands have come out since Nesbitt's I have to say it is still the best. When you take a drink it feels like real oranges are dancing across your tongue. (of course with some carbonation)
