Hosmer Mountain Sarsaparilla Root Beer comes from the northeast section of Connecticut known as the Quiet Corner. The bottling works there uses spring water from the base of a valley ridge.
Hosmer Mountain Sarsaparilla Root Beer is very rich and creamy from the vanilla and brown sugar. It feels very smooth and creamy in your mouth. There is also a noticeable sarsaparilla root flavor that compliments the traditional sassafras and other spices that makes for a unique root beer experience. Hosmer Root Beer has a wintergreen and vanilla after taste with traces of sarsaparilla root. When poured, Hosmer Root Beer forms the sort of tall frothy head that you’d expect from a gourmet root beer. Yum!
