Gale's Root Beer is created by Chicago's own Chef Gale Gand. She began making her own root beer after living in England for awhile and not be able to find any.
Gale's Root Beer is loaded with cinnamon, ginger and some creamy vanilla. It has a hard bite like a ginger beer. Gale's is truly a unique soda.
Ingredients: carbonated water, cane sugar, caramel color, natural and artificial flavoring, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla extract, phosphoric acid, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate added as preservatives.
